It's like dragging a ball and chain during those hours. Presently, my deep fatigue lasts between one to six hours. Treating the underlying cause of fatigue, whether this is poor sleep or a health condition. Eating a healthful diet and getting regular physical activity can help reduce fatigue for many people.
